JGoods is back again with another great pair of custom sneakers, this time making a pair for the two-time All-Star and 2006 AL Batting Champion Joe Mauer. Using an Air Force One as his canvas he designed the custom using the old-school Minnesota Twins theme. The sneaker features a baby blue colorway (Joe Mauer favorite color), red/white/blue stripes along the side panels and toe-box, and Mauer’s number 7 on the back heel. JGoods even added some custom insoles with the “Twins” wording and Mauer’s number and custom tongue tags with two baseball players shaking hands. More pictures after the jump.
