Images that we believe to be covered by the Fair Use Doctrine, such as:
- Thumbnail images, cropped or reduced in size from the original source
- Images that are used to inform vistors about newsworthy stories and where the images themselves tell a story
- Images used as parody
- Images that are widely released that they have become part of the news
If RepCodes.com receives any message of concern that an image is posted up inappropriately in which that it falls outside the guidelines listed above, we reserve the right to remove that image.
If you think we have posted an image or text that violates your copyright, we will address your concerns; however, if the image falls inside one of the listed points above and we believe that our use of the image is legitimate, we will not remove it from the site
Video Terms of Use
We do not host videos on our server.
None of the audio/visual content is hosted on this site. All media is embedded from other sites such as Youtube. Therefore, RepCodes.com has no control over the copyright problems that concern the posted media on the site. All issues concerning copyright violations should be directed toward the sites hosting the material. RepCodes.com does not host any of the streaming media and the owner of the site has not uploaded any of the material to the video hosting servers. Anyone can find the same material on Youtube or any of the audio/visual sites. The owner of RepCodes.com cannot know which clips or cartoons are in public domain, which as been uploaded to e.g. youtube by the owner and which has been uploaded without permission. The copyright owner must further contact the source if he wants his material off the internet completely, not this site.
